What about the vomit part? hhmm...i just feel like vomiting right now...:( i was supposed to work on my essay...but another deadline is waiting, designing the poster for our upcoming campus event, the Annual Dinner 2007...haaa...i really couldn't concentrate making the poster...my mind was on the essay...and my mouth was ready to spill out some nice roti canai and barbeque chicken hehhehe...maybe i'm too tired these days...anyways, here's the poster i've finished...phewwhh...luckily. Designer Yumi Kim

I came across Yumi Kim's line while shopping at a boutique. She is a New York based designer. I am really impressed by her textile choices and subtle feminine lines. Some of my favorites are pictured below. I really love the asian influences in these pieces.

Mavi was founded in Istanbul in 1991. Mavi Jeans designs a full collection of jeanswear, for young women and men. Mavi means Blue in turkish. Their goal is to design jeans that reflect a mediterranean attitude. While always stylish and contemporary they attain to be comfortable. As Mavi is making it's way into the US market, currently selling through it's own chain of stores as well as Nordstroms, Zappos and Urban Outfitters. Giesha Lamp

I saw a version of this lamp in the most recent version of Domino magazine and fell in love. I was pleasantly suprised to find a more affordable version at Urban Outfitters for only $42.00.

Etched Glassware at Peekkeep
